  2. Cancellation Policy: Conditions under which a customer can cancel their booking, potential fees for cancellation, and processes for receiving refunds as follows;

  • 35-21 days before arrival: 25% of the tour cost.

  • 21-14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
  • 14-7 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
  • Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of the tour cost.

     

  • Changes to Itinerary: Possible reasons for changes in the itinerary by the tour operator, including natural events, safety concerns, or logistical issues.

  • Travel Insurance: Recommendations or requirements for purchasing travel insurance, covering aspects like medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost belongings.

  • Responsibility: Statements about the responsibility of the tour operator regarding service quality and safety, and the responsibilities of the participants.

  • Health and Fitness Requirements: Expectations for physical fitness levels necessary for trekking or adventure activities.

  • Liabilities: Limitations on the operator's liability regarding accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the trip.

  • Governing Law: The legal jurisdiction under which the terms and conditions are governed.

  • Force Majeure: Clauses that address unforeseen circumstances that may affect the tour, such as natural disasters or political instability.
