Booking Confirmation:

• A booking request must be submitted to confirm your tour. Once confirmed, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

Payment Terms:

Full payment is required prior to the start of the tour. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations are subject to the following fees:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

Itinerary Changes:

• Itineraries are subject to change based on local conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. The operator will strive to provide a similar itinerary or alternative arrangements of equal value.

Liability:

• The tour operator is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the tour. Travelers are encouraged to obtain travel insurance for personal protection.

Travel Insurance:

• It is strongly recommended that travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

Visas and Passports:

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and necessary visas (if required) for the duration of their trip. The operator is not responsible for any issues related to immigration or customs.

Behavior:

• Travelers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the tour. The operator reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive behavior without a refund.

Force Majeure:

• The tour operator shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics).

• By booking the tour, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
